OpenCloud has been developed by the Heinlein Group and the new OpenCloud GmbH team since January 2025. We offer excellent and GDPR-compliant file management, file sharing and content collaboration. With OpenCloud, we are primarily targeting companies, the education sector, research institutions and public authorities. As open source software, OpenCloud will of course also be available to the community and private individuals in future. Our solution offers flexibility and can be purchased as a SaaS offering via partners or operated in your own data center ("on-premise"). This allows our customers to retain full control over their data.
