Your tasks

  • You put us on stage: You identify relevant trade fairs, specialist conferences and events in the B2B sector and ensure that we are visible there - whether with a stand, presentation, sponsorship or networking presence.

  • You take the lead: You organise our participation in events from A to Z - from planning, registration and logistics to content preparation and on-site support.

  • You place our message: You ensure that our brands shine at events in terms of content - through speaker placements, professional appearances or creative formats that suit us.

  • You will support our marketing team at OpenCloud: In addition to event management, you will be involved in our daily marketing and communication tasks - e.g. campaigns, the website or advertising materials.

Your profile

  • You have event DNA: You have several years of experience in event management - ideally in the B2B or IT environment - and have already independently organised and supported events or trade fair appearances.

  • You are a marketing all-rounder: You have a broad understanding of marketing strategies and tools and can also provide operational and conceptual support outside of events.

  • You have a talent for organisation: You have a good feel for schedules, budgets and details, work in a structured, solution-oriented and conscientious manner and enjoy moving things forward.

  • You are flexible on the road: You are willing to accompany events on site if necessary, enjoy travelling to events and lend a hand yourself when needed.

  • You are a team player: You have good communication and teamwork skills, as well as reliability, commitment, diligence and initiative. "Getting things done" is part of your self-image.

  • You are fluent in German and English, both orally and in writing - ideal for international events and networks.

We offer you

Work with purpose

Our DNA and passion: Linux, open source and data protection. Let's work together to make our customers' communication freer, more secure and therefore digitally sovereign.

Continuous learning

You can expect challenging and varied tasks that always bring new insights. Sharing experience and transferring knowledge across all teams and levels is a matter of course for us.

Personal growth

We provide targeted support for your professional and personal development. An open exchange within the team is just as much a fundamental part of this as internal and external training, conferences and coaching.

Work-life balance

We make it possible for you to combine work and family life - e.g. through flexibility and partial remote working. Oh yes: overtime is not a matter of course and will of course be compensated.

Family business

We are a family-run company with over 30 years of history. For our culture, this means trusting cooperation, stability and security. We are happy for you to share in the company's success.

Amenities

Coffee, tea and fruit are always available. Just like regular joint team events and activities that make (working) life more enjoyable.
