Panel: Requirements for the German stack

The panel discussed, among other things, the role of open source, the operation of such a stack and the question of which functional and organisational requirements are crucial, especially for municipalities and federal states.

Jutta Horstmann (representing the OSBA), Felix Kronlage-Dammers (Sovereign Cloud Stack), Leonhard Kugler (ZenDiS), Dr Dirk Gerhardt (City of Munich) and Dr Martin Hagen (State Councillor at the Senator for Finance in Bremen) were also on the panel.
