On 3 and 4 March 2026, the Digitaler Staat Congress will take place in Berlin under the motto "Stardate 2026 - The Administrative Odyssey". The metaphor describes the path of digitalisation of the state and administration, which has already gone through many stages and detours in recent years. Experts and decision-makers from public administration, politics and science will exchange views on the present and future of the digitalisation of the public sector.
OpenCloud will be exhibiting together with OpenTalk. Visitors will find us at stand 38, where we will be demonstrating how sovereign, scalable file management, file sharing and collaboration can be implemented in public authorities and public organisations and simply operated on-premises. The solution integrates into existing workflows and IT environments.
In the specialist forum 21 "Between the superpowers: the third path to digital independence", everything revolves around digital sovereignty. Jutta Horstmann, Co-CEO of the Heinlein Group, Dorit Bosch (Head of Division, BMDS, moderation & impulse), Stephan Bartholmei (Head of Product Management, FITKO), Johannes Schätzl (Member of Parliament, digital policy spokesperson for the SPD parliamentary group), Bianca Kastl (IT security expert, Ga-Lotse) and Leonard Kugler (Head of the Open Source Platform, ZenDis) will discuss challenges and solutions for more independence and security in digital administration.
4. March 2026 | 14:00
You will find the OpenCloud and OpenTalk teams on both days at booth 38.
